Appointments
It is necessary for us to work by appointments. If you wish to reserve a time for you and your family, please stop in or call us at (585) 394-5230.

If you cannot keep an appointment, kindly give us at least 24 hours notice.
This courtesy makes it possible for us to schedule another patient who desires your appointment time. In the event that an appointment is missed entirely or adequate notice is not given, a missed appointment fee may be charged to compensate for lost treatment time.

We will make every effort to complete your treatment in as few visits as possible, and make every effort to remain on schedule. We feel that our patients time is as valuable as our own - you can expect us to be prompt.
